ORDER OF APPEARANCE FOR THE ANNUAL EMANCIPATION CALYPSO & DRUMMING COMPETITIONS The National Action Cultural Committee (NACC) and the National Youth Action Committee (NYAC) in association with First Citizens is pleased to announce the order of appearance for the finalists of the 2019 Emancipation Calypso & Drumming Competitions – From Emancipation to Independence . The show takes place tomorrow (Friday 30 th August 2019) at the SWWTU Auditorium, Wrightson Road, from 7:30pm. There are two categories in the Calypso competition: the first for artistes under 17 years old; and the second for artistes between 17 and 25 years old. The Emancipation Drumming Competition is the first such competition to ever be hosted by the organizing bodies. The order of appearances for the various competitions, are as follows.
